We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Night Audit Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for Night Audits.

Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or direct calls appropriately.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
