Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their desired eyebrow look and provide expert recommendations tailored to their facial features and preferences
- Perform precise eyebrow shaping techniques including waxing, tweezing, mapping, tinting, lamination and trimming to achieve flawless results
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations between appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Promote retail products such as brow gels, brushes, and skincare items to enhance client results and support sales goals




- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting results and satisfaction
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

- Proven experience in body waxing, eyebrow shaping, or related beauty services preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations within a beauty or spa environment
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to confidently recommend products to clients
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work with precision
