The Role:
We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer who’s ready to jump in, get the job done, and maybe crack a smile while doing it. You’ll be supporting our team on various tasks—from framing and trim to clean-up and everything in between.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

- Assisting with carpentry, framing, and finishing work
- Safely using tools and equipment (bonus points if you’ve read the manual)
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Keeping job sites tidy and safe (a clean site is a happy site)
- Supporting tradespeople and supervisors as needed

You Should Have:

- 2+ years of construction or skilled labour experience
- A solid understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, climbing—all the greatest hits)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation




- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others (we like team players more than lone wolves)
