Position Summary

We are looking for skilled and motivated barbers who are eager to elevate their careers in a high-end environment. As a member of the Torque and Trim team, you will provide exceptional grooming services, engage clients with personalized consultations, and collaborate with spa professionals to offer comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, and traditional hot towel shaves tailored to individual client needs.

· Actively promote spa services and retail products to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

· Participate in proprietary training sessions to enhance skills and meet Torque and Trim’s high standards.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.

· Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient workplace for clients.





Qualifications

· Proven experience in barbering and client service (minimum 2 years preferred).

· A strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-end environment.

· Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

· Experience in aesthetic services including pedicure/manicure, facials, scalp massages is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,226.00-$50,783.00 per year
