Virtual Sales Agent (Customer Sales Representative) – Remote (Ontario)

We’re a locally owned and operated Weed Man Lawn Care business and part of Canada’s most trusted lawn care franchise. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, positive people who enjoy talking to customers, working toward goals, and being part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers using company-provided call lists
- Have friendly, professional conversations to understand customer needs and recommend lawn care services
- Follow proven Weed Man sales scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals (calls, decisions, sales)
- Accurately log calls and customer information in our systems
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

- Coachable, motivated, and reliable




- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Rapid and stable internet and power connection
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Successful reference checks

Previous sales or call-centre experience is an asset but not required. We provide training and ongoing coaching.

Schedule & Location

- Fixed shifts during the seasonal operating period
- Seasonal overtime opportunities may be available
- Remote role (Ontario residents only)
