Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. Locations include Lethbridge, Taber, Raymond, Stirling and Cardston. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Health Care Aid (HCA) Certification is preferred but not required. Unable to support LMIA candidates at this time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments

Skills:




- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and proper dosage
- Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks as required
- Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
