Responsibilities:
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch shipments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate timely deliveries.
- Analyze data to optimize routes and maximize efficiency in freight movement.
- Ensure accurate data entry for tracking shipments and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments to streamline operations.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers and provide necessary instructions.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Experience:(3-4 YEARS REQUIRED)




- Prior experience in a dispatching role within a 3PL or transportation company is preferred.
- Familiarity with SyteLine or similar transportation management systems is a plus.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions for optimizing logistics operations.
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and best practices in the industry.
