Lube Shop TECH – Part Time (Permanent)

Popular Lube is hiring a Part-time, permanent Lube & Tire Tech to run daily shop operations.

Saturday & Sunday

9 to 6 pm

Duties

- Open/close shop and manage daily operations
- Customer service and service recommendations
- Oil & filter changes
- Rustproofing
- Tire work: on-rim and off-frame (mounting/balancing knowledge)
- Handle sales, invoices, and credit card transactions

Requirements

- Lube/auto service experience
- Strong tire knowledge (on rim & off-rims)
- Leadership and staff training skills
- Sales-minded, reliable, punctual
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Long-term commitment required

Offer

- Base pay + commission
