Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Journeyman or 3rd-4th year Service Plumber Gasfitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and gas fitting systems in a variety of commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas fitting systems using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain boilers, hydronic heating systems, furnaces, on-demand water heaters and control systems.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction, assembly, and installation of plumbing fixtures and piping systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Communicating directly with on-site personnel and homeowners.




- Follow schematics and technical instructions to assemble components accurately while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program as a Journeyman or 3rd-4th year Service Plumber Gasfitter with valid certification/license.
- Proven experience working with hydronic heating systeme, boilers, plumbing systems, gas fitting, HVAC components, or related construction projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and reading schematics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, welding procedures, and system installation.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and system specifications.
- Prior experience in maintenance work or troubleshooting complex plumbing or gas systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$46.00 per hour
