Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part time Fruiter to join our team. Full time hours may be available in the spring.

A fruiter plans and prepares fruit meals and various drinks of the menu while ensuring the highest quality service and experience for customers. They also create the beautiful fruit showcase present on the fruit counter near where clients arrive.

Job description: The fruiter is responsible for the set-up, the maintenance, and the cleaning of the fruit section. They are responsible for all the food preparation, the rotation of fruits and the assembly of the fruit counter. They must assemble the plates according to Cora standards and are assigned certain cleaning duties.

- Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and cleaning of the fruit counter and fridge
- Plan daily preparations and verify supplies. Consult the preparation list.
- Know procedures for dating and identifying products.




- Know and practice good hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Arrange fruits in an appetizing manner on the counter.
- Responsible for the execution, quality, and presentation of each fruit plate.
- Responsible for the presentation of the fruit cup.
- Attend to their set-up by verifying inventory with the kitchen manager.
- The fruiter is also responsible for the cleanliness of tools and the workstation. They are also responsible for all the different knives and instruments used.
- See to the rotation of fruit.
- Prepare “birthday birds” for customer birthdays.
- Prepare plates that conform to Cora’s standards.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
