Position Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a mature, reliable, Scale Attendant to add to our Rocky View, AB Location.

Position Responsibilities

- Operate scale and computer system; weigh vehicles in and out
- Direct disposers to the proper disposal area
- Issues and review scale tickets
- Greet visitors, answers telephones and other miscellaneous clerical duties
- Provide information on site rules and restrictions
- Create trucks, sites and services in scale software
- Completing manifests for hazardous waste
- Answer billing inquiries
- Assist with other projects as required

Qualifications

- Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience working in a Waste Management environment is considered an asset
- Previous scale experience is considered an asset
- Previous NavuSoft experience would be considered an asset
- Manifest experience is an asset
- Previous computer skills
