Location: Based in Aylmer, work is generally within an hour radius

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented painter to join our team. The work is focused on new construction projects across southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well under pressure, and can adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities:

- Prep and finish surfaces to a professional standard
- Apply paint using both rolling, brushing and spraying methods
- Maintain clean, accurate lines and finishes with strong attention to detail
- Identify and correct imperfections to ensure top-quality results
- Work independently and efficiently within deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of professional painting experience (rolling, spraying,



prepping)
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to work under pressure
- Own reliable transportation (carpool may be available from Aylmer, but personal transportation is a must)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites
