Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Perform general manual labour such as using tools to cut holes, lay floor protection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, including power tools

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Valid driver’s license or certification in operating machinery is advantageous but not mandatory
