Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinets with precision and efficiency, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail, solid craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The Cabinet Assembler plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality products that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction of cabinets.
- Assemble cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Measure and cut materials precisely for fitting and assembly purposes.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Assist with other related tasks such as sanding, finishing, or minor repairs as needed.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields such as carpentry or masonry.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction processes including framing, restoration, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, or concrete forming is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience with CNC machinery or construction estimating is advantageous but not required.
- Handyman experience or background in manufacturing is beneficial.
