The Dirty Apron Delicatessen is looking to expand our team and is hiring for the position of a full time production cook!

Responsibilities & job requirements:

- Must have 2+ years experience working in a professional kitchen in similar position.
- Eligible to legally work in Canada.
- Assist with daily catering orders, including making sandwiches, salads, soups and gourmet platters.
- Familiar with using a commercial meat slicer.
- Able to execute various batch size recipes in a consistent manner and up to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
- Support the team in various kitchen duties as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 6am -2pm
Wage: $20/hr
