Two Queens Home Service is growing and looking for an experienced sales

professional to help homeowners create exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces.

walls, pools, outdoor kitchens, indoor renovations, and complete residential

transformations.

Candidates with indoor renovation sales experience may have the opportunity to

work year-round.

What We Offer

Base salary

: CAD $40,000–$45,000 per year

4% commission on eligible signed contract value

Estimated total compensation: CAD $70,000–$95,000+ per year

50% of the earned commission is paid after the contract is signed and the

customer’s deposit has been received and cleared

The remaining 50% is paid when the project reaches substantial completion

Candidates with proven indoor renovation sales experience may have the opportunity





to continue selling projects during the winter months and develop a year-round sales

role.

Your Role

You

will own the sales process from the initial client conversation through contract

signing and a complete handoff to the Foreman and produ

ction team.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifying residential leads

Condu

cting client consultations and site visits

Understanding client goals, budget, priorities, and timeline

Presenting landscaping, hardscape, renovation, pool, and outdoor living solutions

Preparing accurate proposals using SynkedUp

Managing follow-u

ps and sales activities in LeanScaper AI

Developing q

ualified sales opportunities
