Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction, demolition, and maintenance tasks
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers or signage
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support site cleanup activities at the end of each shift to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Robust attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn best practices on-site
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
