With the largest North American fleet of Remote Confined Space Monitoring (RCSM) and industrial ventilation, we can replace conventional safety personnel required near the workface and monitor the space remotely, in a safer and more effective manner.

This is a hybrid operations, logistics, project support and warehouse coordination role. You’ll work closely with the VP of Operations, Operations Managers, warehouse personnel, vendors and other departments to make sure people, equipment, vehicles, PPE, rentals and project requirements are coordinated and ready when needed.

Our Operations Managers spend significant time in the field, particularly during busy spring and fall turnaround seasons. This role provides the office-based coordination and continuity that keeps things moving while they’re on site.

What You'll Do

Operations & Project Support

- Provide day-to-day support to the VP of Operations and Operations Managers.
- Coordinate project requirements, personnel needs and mobilization activities.
- Track upcoming projects and identify potential resource conflicts or shortages.
- Follow up on outstanding requirements to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Maintain operational trackers, job boards and planning tools.
- Support process improvements within the Operations department.

Equipment & Warehouse Coordination

- Coordinate equipment requirements and project pick lists.
- Work with warehouse personnel to stage,



organize and load equipment for projects.
- Verify equipment against project requirements before mobilization.
- Track equipment moving between the warehouse and project sites.
- Support inventory control and identify missing, damaged or unavailable equipment.
- Coordinate equipment returns, inspections, repairs and maintenance.

Logistics, Vehicles & Rentals

- Coordinate trucks, trailers and transportation for project mobilizations and demobilizations.
- Arrange freight, couriers and third-party transportation as required.
- Coordinate equipment, vehicle and trailer rentals.
- Monitor rental timelines and coordinate returns to avoid unnecessary costs.
- Work with vendors to confirm availability, delivery and return requirements.

Personnel & Readiness Support

- Assist with personnel planning and project readiness.
- Support onboarding in coordination with HR and Safety.
- Track outstanding onboarding requirements and project deadlines.
- Coordinate PPE, equipment and other requirements for newly mobilized employees.

What you Bring:

- Experience in operations coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, industrial services, construction, oil and gas or a related environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects or competing priorities.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.




- Experience with inventory, scheduling or project management systems is an asset.
- Experience coordinating equipment, vehicles, trailers or industrial rentals is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field personnel, management, vendors and warehouse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- The ability to identify potential problems before they affect a project.
- A practical, hands-on understanding of warehouse and equipment operations.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll be the connection point between Operations, the Edmonton warehouse and the field. Your work will help ensure projects are properly prepared, equipment is where it needs to be, personnel are ready to mobilize and Operations Managers can stay focused on executing their projects.

This is primarily an office and warehouse-based position and is not intended to be routinely deployed to field projects.

Pay: $55,000.04-$70,000.00 per year
