Position Summary

Herauf Modular is seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Foreman to join our Regina team. The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign and coordinate daily work based on project priorities and schedules.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and inventory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules aligned with project timelines.
- Ensure manpower, materials, and resources are available for daily operations.
- Supervise machinery use and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and change orders for accurate execution.
- Maintain project schedules, progress updates, and internal reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delays.
- Manage facility security, including opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent regarding project status and scheduling.

Qualifications





- Minimum 3-5 years of construction foreman experience.
- Robust leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of modular construction, building codes, and foundation systems.
- Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large projects and multiple subcontractors.
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Procore, or similar software.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities.
- Construction safety certification.
- Foreman experience in construction.
