About the Job

Classique Nails Beauty Supply is looking for a Retail Manager to oversee our daily store operations while playing an active role in sales growth and customer development.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, motivated, and comfortable leading a team. The right candidate should be able to manage the store while also helping increase sales and build strong relationships with salon owners and professional customers.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily retail store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Create staff schedules and manage store coverage
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance
- Set sales expectations and help the team achieve sales goals
- Develop relationships with existing and new salon customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
- Follow up with customers and salon accounts
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Promote new products, brands, and promotions
- Train staff on products, customer service, and sales techniques
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Maintain product displays, pricing, and store organization
- Work with purchasing, warehouse, and management teams
- Identify problems and take action to improve store operations and sales




- Provide regular updates to management on sales and store performance

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of retail management, sales management, or supervisory experience
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experience in the nail, beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry is an asset
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to lead a team and hold employees accountable
