Project Coordinator (On-Site)Job Duties

- Coordinate and support daily on-site construction activities

- Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting

- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) inspections

- Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports

- Review drawings and assist with basic blueprint interpretation

- Communicate with site teams, subcontractors, and management

- Identify and report deficiencies, issues, and schedule delays

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in construction

- On-site project coordination experience is an asset

- Experience on commercial or residential construction projects is an asset

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment

Mandatory Training & Certifications

- WHMIS

- Fall Protection

- OHSA

Required Skills & Software





- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Microsoft Teams

- Procore

- Basic blueprint reading

- Knowledge of QA/QC processes
- Basic AutoCad

Work Site Conditions

- Active on-site construction environment

- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions

- Ability to walk the site and attend inspections as required

Language

English (Fluent)

Chinese, Mandarin(Considered as an Asset)

Employment Details

- Job Type: Full time, Contract

- Pay Rate: CA$20–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

- Work Location: On-site or Multiple Sites( Considered an asset)

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
