$21.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.

· Assign sales workers to duties.

· Prepare staff schedules for review and approval of the manager.

· Authorize the return of merchandise.

· Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.

· Maintain specified inventory and list of products that need to be ordered.

· Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.

· Train current sales staff.

· Assess staff performance and complete an evaluation report.

· Ensure the cleanliness of the store.

· Ensure that the cashier’s close-out report is balanced for the day.

Education Requirements: Completion of High School education is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience required
