Position: Full-Time

SeeMoreGreen is a leading commercial landscaping company with large-scale landscape construction projects throughout Saskatchewan. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Landscape Construction Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial landscape construction projects.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Landscape Construction Manager, you will assist with:

· Project submittals and construction documentation
· Material take-offs and quantity calculations
· Material ordering and supplier coordination
· Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
· AutoCAD drafting and drawing revisions as required
· Project scheduling and coordination
· Tracking project progress, budgets, and reporting
· Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and field crews
· Site visits to verify measurements and monitor project progress
· Maintaining project files and supporting the successful delivery of multiple construction projects
· Assisting with project estimating

Qualifications

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
· Strong reading, writing, and math skills
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills




· Excellent communication and time management abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Valid Class 5 driver's licence

Assets

· Experience in landscape construction, civil construction, or commercial construction
· Knowledge of project scheduling or estimating
· Familiarity with surveying, grading, or site layout
· Experience with construction management software
