At The Food Dudes, we’re culinary innovators with a passion for unforgettable dining experiences. As our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for talented Line Cooks to join our restaurant team. This role may be split between two of our downtown Toronto locations, offering variety, challenge, and a chance to grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Execute prep, line service, and plating with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen space at all times
- Downsize, label, and store ingredients and mise en place properly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the team in delivering high-quality food that reflects our brand standards
- Help with occasional prep or execution for events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working in high-volume restaurants or catering environments
- A culinary diploma or equivalent professional kitchen experience




- Passion for food and a solid sense of urgency and pride in your work
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and a team-oriented spirit
