Benson Certified Auto Service is hiring a customer-focused Service Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations at one of our Cornwall locations.

In this role, you will support our Service Advisors and Technicians, help ensure efficient shop operations, and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive service qualified who enjoys leading a team, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is based on experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example and represent Benson Certified Auto Service’s core values.
- Supervise, coach, and support Team Members to achieve strong results.
- Oversee daily service counter and shop operations.
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide courteous, professional service.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Arrange service appointments and prepare and communicate work orders.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Read and respond to Company emails and correspondence daily.
- Complete other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in a sales or customer service role involving automotive service, tires, parts, or accessories.
- Experience in the tire and automotive repair service industry is an asset.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.




- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated computer and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of automotive tools and equipment.
- A valid driver’s license.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
