Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service & E-commerce Product Listing Specialist for our south Etobicoke warehouse and walk-in showroom.

This is a hands-on role: you will help customers by phone and in the showroom, and you will create and maintain Shopify product listings. You should be comfortable with sales and inquiries, accurate in Shopify, and interested in health, wellness, and complementary and alternative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer service

- Answer phone inquiries, take orders, and help customers choose the right products
- Support walk-in showroom customers with questions, recommendations, and sales
- Process POS and online transactions accurately
- Follow up with customers by phone and email

E-commerce product listings

- Create and update Shopify product listings: titles, descriptions, tags, collections, and images
- Maintain variants, SKUs, pricing, and product details so listings match current stock
- Keep the catalog accurate when products or availability change
- Support Shopify order processing and day-to-day catalog maintenance

Warehouse Support

- Help with stock checks, receiving, and showroom/warehouse organization
- Assist with shipping coordination and daily operations as needed

Requirements:

- Live in or very close to Etobicoke (this location is not easily accessible by public transit)
- Customer service and sales experience (retail, phone sales, or e-commerce preferred)
- Working knowledge of Shopify: backend, orders, and product listings




- Experience with inventory systems and basic warehouse or logistics work
- Interest in natural health, wellness, and complementary and alternative medicine
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible within these windows)

Compensation:

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
