Mechanic

Mega-Lift Truck LTD is a family owned and operated business located in Toronto, ON. We are currently seeking a Mechanic to join our team.

Job Summary: The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the mechanical condition of customers machines (fork lifts, pump trucks etc.). This position requires the individual to troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on these machines. The Mechanic will be expected to perform routine maintenance tasks as well as perform mechanical repairs. No previous experience is necessary, however mechanical knowledge would be helpful. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. The company is based in Etobicoke,



but you will also be required to drive to other locations within the GTA. Hours are 7:30AM - 3:30PM.

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of a Mechanic include but are not limited to the following:
·Troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform routine maintenance tasks, perform mechanical repairs on on machines of all types.
·Maintain records of work performed and repairs made (either handwritten or iPad)
·Maintain a clean work workplace by keeping workstations & tools clean and well-organized.
·Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor as needed.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
