Lasting Impression Landscape Group creates complete, year-round outdoor solutions through thoughtful consultation, disciplined planning, and premium craftsmanship. We are looking for a capable Design/Build Crew Leader / Foreman to lead field execution, develop crew members, protect quality, and deliver an excellent client experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn plans into organized, high-quality work and help a crew perform at its best.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Lead a Design/Build crew through daily planning, production, and closeout.
- Translate plans, measurements, materials, and project sequence into clear field direction.
- Build hardscape and landscape work to a high craftsmanship standard.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, site access, and changing job conditions.
- Operate and care for larger equipment and attachments safely and productively.
- Coach crew members through hands-on instruction and consistent expectations.
- Track progress against the project plan and raise risks early.
- Communicate respectfully with clients within your authority.
- Identify scope changes, site issues, and client requests before they become rework or confusion.




- Lead daily safety and readiness checks.
- Maintain accurate time, material, equipment, and project updates.
- Complete quality checks before work is presented as finished.

What we’re looking for

- Five to ten years of landscape Design/Build or hardscape experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong practical construction ability and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to read plans and organize work from start to finish.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a crew to a high standard.
- Solid reliability, communication, follow-through, and team attitude.
- Commitment to safe work practices and responsible equipment use.
- Valid driver’s licence; AZ licence is an asset.
- Willingness to use and improve company systems.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
