Gutter & Roof Cleaning Technician – Full-Time Seasonal

White Diamond Construction Ltd. is hiring hardworking, dependable individuals for our upcoming gutter and roof-cleaning season. We are looking for committed team members who take pride in their work and can remain available for the full season.

The work includes cleaning gutters, removing leaves, and blowing debris from roof surfaces and roof valleys. Previous experience working on roofs and using a safety harness and fall-protection equipment is required.

This is a physically demanding outdoor position involving roof work, working at heights, and operating long, heavy gutter-cleaning poles. Applicants must have the strength, stamina, and coordination to perform these duties safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Removing leaves and blowing debris from roofs and roof valleys.
- Cleaning gutters using gutter-vacuum equipment and long extension poles.
- Following safe roof-access, ladder, and fall-protection procedures.
- Correctly using a safety harness and appropriate fall-protection equipment.
- Setting up, moving, loading, and unloading equipment.
- Cleaning up debris and leaving each property tidy.
- Working carefully around residents, vehicles, landscaping, and buildings.




- Reporting unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or property concerns promptly.

We are looking for individuals who:

- Have previous experience working safely on roofs and using fall-protection equipment.
- Can commit to full time work Monday through Saturday for the entire season.
- Can safely handle heavy poles and equipment, including repeated lifting, reaching, and bending.
- Are comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work and changing weather conditions.
- Are punctual, dependable, and consistent with attendance.
- Follow instructions, work well with a crew, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Take pride in completing thorough, high-quality work.

Previous gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, roofing, or exterior maintenance experience is an asset.
