Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. The Lead Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Train new cleaners and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing team members.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure they are used and stored correctly.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and vehicle
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
