Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Full-Time Supervisor to oversee security operations at a luxury condominium in Thornhill. This role involves managing security personnel, implementing surveillance protocols, and ensuring the safety of residents and property through proactive loss prevention measures. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily security activities within the condominium premises, ensuring all protocols are followed effectively
- Coordinate surveillance operations using CCTV systems to monitor common areas, entrances, and exits for suspicious activity
- Lead loss prevention initiatives by identifying potential security breaches or theft risks and taking appropriate action
- Oversee the enforcement of access control procedures for residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify hazards or irregularities and respond swiftly to incidents
- Manage security staff scheduling, training,



and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team
- Collaborate with emergency responders during incidents and prepare detailed incident reports as required

Requirements

- Proven experience in law enforcement, security supervision, or related fields with a focus on surveillance and loss prevention
- Solid knowledge of CCTV operation, monitoring techniques, and security technology systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding promptly to emergencies or security concerns
- Good communication skills to liaise with residents, staff, emergency services, and management
- Prior experience working in luxury residential environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Certification or training in security operations or law enforcement is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

- Concierge: 2 years (required)
- Concierge Supervisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
