Job Summary

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential manual tasks, preparing sites, and assisting with various construction activities. Your hands-on effort will help ensure projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials
- Support carpenters by handling materials for framing, drywall installation, or finishing work
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to aid in construction activities
- Help with installation of flooring, tile laying, drywall, and painting tasks to meet project specifications
- Perform restoration work and apply caulking or sealing to ensure quality finishes
- Support plumbing, welding,



or other specialized trades as needed under supervision

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is a plus
- Knowledge of construction materials such as drywall, flooring, tile, and paint is desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills including plumbing, welding, or restoration techniques
- Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Strong teamwork attitude with a focus on safety and quality standards
