Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator
Location: Montreal, QC — Côte-Vertu
Work arrangement: Full-time, fully onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing private aviation company focused on delivering exceptional service through innovative technology and deep industry expertise. As the organization continues to expand, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join their Montreal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR or Talent Acquisition professional who is ambitious, highly organized, outgoing and eager to grow with a fast-paced company. This is not a narrowly defined HR role. You'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and workplace operations, while working closely with leadership and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition — Approximately 60%
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidates for both qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, skilled communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Re-engage qualified candidates when appropriate.
- Provide hiring managers with thoughtful candidate recommendations and insights. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Support recruitment process improvements as the organization grows
HR & Onboarding — Approximately 40%
- Coordinate the full onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure new hires have the equipment, system access and documentation required for their first day.
- Coordinate Day 1 onboarding and initial training schedules.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Support payroll administration and assist with benefits administration.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Assist with employment letters, including termination documentation when required. Respond to day-to-day employee HR questions and requests.
- Support training and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information.
- Support compliance with Quebec employment standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate information within HR systems such as BambooHR and ADP.
- Support the day-to-day needs of the Montreal office.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers when required.
- Assist with employee events, team activities and office initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace experience.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the organization evolves.
You don't need to know everything on Day 1.

You bring:
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR coordination, People Operations or a related field.
- Solid interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
- A warm, outgoing and approachable personality.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, hands-on approach.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Côte-Vertu, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 CAD annual salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunity
- Potential for $5,000 per successful hire who remains with the company for six months, according to the applicable bonus structure
