Job Summary

An established organized FHO/FHT comprehensive family practice in Hamilton is seeking an experienced RPN 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

- Provide full-scope nursing care for low-risk prenatal, postnatal, well-woman and well-baby/child visits.

Requirements

- Administer routine immunizations and pediatric vaccines.
- Perform assessments for chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension
- Handle protocol-driven lab results triage and care coordination.




- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.

Qualifications

- Active RPN registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Experience with Telus Practice Solutions (PSS) EMR preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience in family practice, maternal/newborn care, or pediatrics is an asset.

Pay: $26.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
