We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee our high-volume distribution operations. In this role,
you will lead a dedicated team to ensure flawless execution of inventory processing, sorting, and last-mile dispatch. The ideal
candidate balances operational excellence with a customer-first mindset, ensuring our team consistently hits strict delivery
deadlines without compromising on safety or quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse floor operations, focusing specifically on high-velocity parcel receipt,
scanning, manual sorting, and logistics distribution.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet strict delivery timelines, service
level agreements (SLAs), and daily dispatch quotas.
- Stellar Customer Service: Maintain an uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring package integrity,
reducing processing errors, and resolving delivery discrepancies rapidly.
- Team Management & Development: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates. Coordinate
shift schedules, conduct daily huddles, and foster a culture of accountability and high morale.
- Inventory & Technology Management: Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and
logistics tracking software to ensure 100% data accuracy and end-to-end parcel visibility.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local
labor laws to maintain a clean, organized, and accident-free environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1–2
years in a supervisory or lead hand role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience handling high-volume e-commerce fulfillment or parcel distribution (direct
experience with sortation, delivery stations, or third-party logistics is highly preferred).
- Deadline-Driven: Outstanding time management skills with a proven track record of succeeding under the pressure of
tight, time-sensitive delivery schedules.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid familiarity with warehouse control systems, barcode scanning technologies, and basic
office software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on the warehouse floor and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
