Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to lead construction sites and coordinate project activities from start to finish. This role offers an exciting chance to oversee daily operations, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software.

Responsibilities

- Manage and direct projects from awarding to completion.

· Supervise the daily and weekly progress of each projects.

· Construction site reviews, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

· Prepare or assist in preparation of the cost estimates for the construction bids and proposal work.

· Reviews project drawings and specifications for tender and project implementation.

· Prepare AutoCAD drawings for proposal jobs and project implementation.

· Prepare and submit project progress billings.

· Assist in organizing and maintain company guidelines and standard.

· Formulate and implement Health and Safety Policy of the company for COR maintenance.

· Develop and implement construction work procedures and standards.

· Develops and maintains project management standards for the WCB.

· Facilitate for the acquisition of building permits for BLCC projects.

· Implement safety policy and regulations of the company.

· Ensure that the COR certification of BLCC will be maintained and all requirements are met.

· Perform the duty of a site supervisor as needed.

· Constantly coordinate with the Operations Manager all status of the projects being implemented.





· Perform due diligence in the proper implementation of the project making sure that schedule are always a priority to attained earlier completion of the project.
Performs other related duties as assigned

- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite work
- Monitor project progress against schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to specifications and standards
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, assisting with construction estimating, and controlling expenses
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of site operations
- Extensive construction experience with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other industry tools
- Skilled in quality control procedures and maintaining safety standards on-site
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and construction estimating processes
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $25.00-$27.50 per hour
