Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bevel Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating beveling equipment to create precise angled edges on metal components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will help streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality finished products. Duties

- Set up and operate beveling machines, including CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, press brake machines, CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, and other related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper bevel angles and dimensions.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precise cuts and angles.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections on beveled components to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members in assembly processes, ensuring seamless integration of beveled parts into larger assemblies.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols related to crane operation, forklift handling, and machine operation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating beveling equipment such as CNC laser cutters, plasma cutters, press brakes, CNC lathes, or CNC milling machines.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with welding, machining processes, and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Ability to use calipers, hand tools, and other precision measurement devices confidently.
- Experience with forklift operation or crane handling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
