Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Helpdesk Support - Level 1 in the Public Sector in Ottawa, Ontario.
The role includes workstation setup, device configuration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting users with Microsoft 365 and network connectivity.

Responsibilities:

- Document and update tickets in the support system
- Participate in equipment moves, setups, and troubleshooting
- Support users with basic hardware and software issues
- Check and prepare workstations for daily use
- Assist with device setup (laptops, smartphones, peripherals)
- Help users connect to networks and virtual meetings

Must have:

- 2+ years of Desktop or Technical Support experience




- Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work on-site and handle light physical tasks (up to 30 lbs)
- Open to both bilingual and monolingual candidates
