Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales activities, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Lead, train, and develop sales associates to maximize their potential and improve overall team performance
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales volume
- Conduct recruiting activities including interviewing candidates and onboarding current team members
- Monitor sales performance data to identify trends, set goals, and develop action plans for improvement
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive store atmosphere
- Assist with budgeting, purchasing decisions,



and inventory management to optimize store profitability
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations

Skills

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Skilled in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Proficient in POS systems, bookkeeping, cash handling, and administrative tasks
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, and interviewing new employees
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques
- Knowledge of marketing principles and promotional activities within retail settings
- Ability to handle payroll processing and basic math calculations accurately
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration

Pay: $24.00-$25.50 per hour
