We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join one of our client in automotive manufacturing sector.

Job Type: Full time, ongoing

Location: Concord, Vaughan, ON (Keele/Rutherford)

Morning: 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $21/hr +4% vacation pay = $21.84/hr

Licenses Required: Counterbalance (Propane) and Reach Truck

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize automotive parts and materials.
- Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner.
- Transport finished products and materials between production and storage areas.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory movement and warehouse activities as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.

Skills and Qualification Requirements :

- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Must have valid Fork Lift (Counter Balance – Propane) and Reach Truck Licence.




- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing and industrial environment preferred.
- Knowledge of driving a forklift and safety legislation related to material handling.
- Knowledge of operating a Tugger will be an asset – willing to work on Tugger to supply material from supermarket to production line.
- Team player and able to communicate well with others.
- Able to interact with people at all levels and departments.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Must be helpful to others and open to criticism.
- Frequent lifting is required
