Unrau Livestock Ltd. is a Manitoba-based biosecurity and transportation company with over 30 trucks and 65+ employees. We run on EOS, and establishing a second location is part of our strategic growth plan. Our systems haven't kept pace with our growth. That's what this role fixes.

What You'll Do

Own our TMS implementation — dispatch, routing, driver logs, HOS compliance, vehicle health — and connect it to everything downstream

Build the integration between our TMS and accounting software so trip data becomes invoices automatically

Automate load, wash-bay, and shop-bay scheduling

Stand up (or fix) our shop management and parts inventory system — no more stock outs, no more guessing

Move mechanics off paper — digital work orders, labor tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling





Build or deploy an AI/business intelligence layer that answers plain-language questions about the business and flags issues before anyone asks Page 1 of 2 Job Ad (Short)

Help package the systems you build so they can be stood up again as we grow — organically and through acquisition]

What You'll Bring

Real experience implementing systems in an operating business — not just recommending them

Strong working knowledge of a TMS platform and accounting software

Comfort building API integrations between systems

Experience with parts/inventory or shop management systems for a fleet or maintenance workplace

Process-first thinking — you map the workflow before you pick the tool

Independent project management — you set your own milestones and flag problems early

A plus: experience with AI/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Claude, or similar), and comfort standing up systems for a newly acquired business
