We are looking for a warm, polished, and highly personable Client Experience & Membership Concierge to join our founding team. As one of the first points of contact for our members, you will play an important role in creating the Élan Vital Pilates experience—welcoming each member with genuine care, anticipating their needs, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring every visit feels unhurried, effortless, and personal.

Key Responsibilities Overview:

Client Experience & Hospitality

- Provide Polished Service: Welcome every member warmly and provide a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to departure, including smooth check-in and check-out.
- Build Genuine Relationships: Actively listen to member needs, engage in thoughtful conversations, and show sincere interest in their wellness journey so they feel seen and valued.
- Manage Communications: Answer client inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and in person with warmth and professionalism.
- Resolve Concerns: Address and resolve client issues professionally and respectfully, escalating matters to management when necessary.

Membership & Sales

- Drive Conversions: Process membership sales, renewals, retail purchases, and payments.
- Offer Consultative Solutions: Confidently introduce clients to classes, memberships,



and services, recommending tailored options based on their individual needs.
- Promote Community Initiatives: Stay up-to-date with social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, referral programs, and studio events to actively drive outreach.

Studio Operations & Administration

- Maintain Operational Excellence: Support the smooth and meticulous operation of the studio consistently to a high standard, ensuring the space remains pristine, organized, and welcoming.
- System Management: Handle all bookings, client profiles, and administration accurately via Momence software.
- Support New Members: Assist guests in studio tours, navigating class offerings, studio policies, and onboarding onto the Momence App software.

Community & Team Culture

- Foster Inclusion: Contribute to a positive, supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
- Represent the Brand: Actively participate in community events, workshops, and promotional initiatives, representing Élan Vital Pilates with professionalism and genuine care.

We are looking for someone who:

- Communicates Authentically: Possesses strong interpersonal skills, replacing scripted, robotic service with genuine human connection.
- Is Polished & Warm: Naturally personable, skilled, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Is Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, meticulous with studio operations, and able to multitask in a boutique environment without compromising service quality.
- Is Sales-Comfortable: Confident speaking about memberships and recommending services (previous sales experience is a strong asset).
- Is Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning new software,



specifically booking systems like Momence (willing to train).
- Has Relevant Experience: Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or luxury client-facing environments (preferred).
- Is Eligible: Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule & Work Environment:

This is an in-person, client-facing role requiring flexibility based on the studio class schedule. Availability must include weekends, early morning opening shifts, and late evening closing shifts (up to approximately 10:00 PM).
