Rotation: 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out

We are looking for an experienced Site Execution Coordinator to join the team at one of our clients' Northern Saskatchewan sites and take ownership of the interface between their site-wide integrated schedule and their day-to-day field execution.

The site-wide integrated schedule is an established tool used to manage regular site operations as well as major annual shutdowns. This role is about making sure the schedule works in the field — identifying issues early, coordinating the cooperation between multiple disciplines, and driving action when any execution issues arise..

What You Will Be Doing

- Own the interface between the site-wide integrated schedule and field execution, tracking progress and identifying potential conflicts and variances early.

- Coordinate multi-discipline work sequencing and resolve constraints to keep execution on track.

- Lead daily/weekly schedule reviews, look-aheads and follow-up on commitments.

- Partner with planners and schedulers to maintain an accurate, effective master schedule.

- Identify and address schedule risks proactively, driving corrective action and escalating issues with recommended solutions.

- Support execution planning for routine operations and major shutdowns.

Who You Are:





- Hands-on field experience managing contractor crews and site execution.

- Multi-discipline experience in mining, oil & gas, construction, heavy industrial or major capital projects.

- Working knowledge with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with the ability to understand and challenge schedule logic.

- Strong field credibility and confidence to challenge execution plans and sequencing when required.

- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative working style.
