Town & Country Ltd is a grounds maintenance and landscaping company located in Bailieboro, Ont. We are currently seeking individuals to clear walkways, equipment operators and plow truck drivers with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our snow removal division in the Peterborough, Cobourg andPort Hope areas.

Responsible for completing snow removal routes at various industrial and commercial facilities. Operate various pieces of equipment such as: sanders, tractors, trucks with plows, snow blowers/sno rators and hand shovels etc.

Complete pre-trip inspections and other related documentation.

Work alongside a team of experienced individuals.

Candidates must be available to be on-call 24/7 throughout the winter season.

Previous experience clearing snow in the industry is an asset.





Working mechanical knowledge of equipment is a strong asset.

Safe & competent operator with a valid driver’s license & clean abstract.

Candidate must be reliable.

Must be able to be on call.

Good communication skills.

Must be able to work in adverse road and weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to yard/stored equipment is required.
