About the Role

Are you an ambitious, outgoing individual looking to build real-world experience in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship? Join our team as a Door-to-Door Marketer & Estimate Setter and help fuel the growth of one of Belleville’s fastest-growing home service companies.

As part of our canvassing team, you’ll engage directly with homeowners, introduce our professional painting services, and book estimates for interested clients. This role is a critical driver of our success—your conversations directly contribute to our growth and reputation.

No experience? No problem. We hire for attitude, energy, and willingness to learn, not past experience. If you’re hungry to grow, improve your communication skills, and develop as a young professional, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods

- Engage homeowners with a friendly, confident approach

- Present Top Pick Painters’ services and book estimate appointments

- Track results and report performance

- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm





- Work flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, and after-school hours

- Contribute directly to sales pipeline growth

What We’re Looking For

- Ambitious, energetic, coachable personality

- Comfortable with outbound sales conversations (door knocking, canvassing, cold outreach)

- Able to work at least 3 shifts per week

- Open to learning and growing into future sales roles

- Dedicated vehicle and valid driver’s license

- Positive, resilient attitude—you enjoy talking to people

- Driven by personal development and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly pay: CA$18.00–CA$28.00/hr
