We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Property Management Coordinator to assist with the operations of our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, communicates professionally, and can confidently interact with property owners, guests, maintenance contractors, and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visits to any new properties being onboarded for in-person inspections and represent the company professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues during property inspections
- Take photos/videos and provide clear updates to the Stayfinity team after property visits




- Assist in setting up the property before listing as and when required
- Handle operational issues when occur
- Ensure properties meet company standards
- Always maintain a skilled appearance and courteous communication

Requirements

- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, Airbnb/short-term rentals, facilities management, or a related field is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to take clear photos/videos and provide detailed updates.
- Basic knowledge of Airbnb or short-term rentals is an asset
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends when required
- Should have a car and a valid driver's licence
