Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ontario. In this role, you will contribute to various projects by assisting in the design and analysis of structures, ensuring compliance with our rigorous standards. Your work will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions that align with our clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities – Structural Engineer (EIT)

- Assist senior structural engineers in the analysis, design, and detailing of structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit, AutoCAD).
- Prepare structural calculations, reports, and construction documents under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Support project coordination with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform site visits and inspections to observe construction progress and verify compliance with structural drawings and specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.




- Assist in researching and applying local, state, and federal building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to the preparation of permit submittals and client deliverables.
- Pursue continued professional development and actively work toward obtaining Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensure.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Major Structural Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
- Familiarity with project management principles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of civil engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of drafting techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
