We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Design Assistant to join our events team and work alongside our team.

This is a hands-on role helping bring beautiful events to life, including:

- Gathering, counting & organizing weekly event rentals
- Cleaning & prepping cylinders, vessels, candleholders & décor
- Assisting with floral prep and design details
- Keeping inventory organized and tracking items coming & going
- Packing, unpacking & prepping rentals for events
- Supporting the Lead Designer with weekly event prep and day-to-day tasks
- Keeping the studio clean, organized & event-ready

We’re looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented & highly organized
Reliable, proactive & hardworking
Comfortable with hands-on/physical work
Creative and has an eye for detail
A team player who takes pride in their work

Event, floral, design, or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as key.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
