Job Title: Valuations Associate

Job Summary: We are hiring a Valuations Associate for our client, an established professional services firm in London! This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA or CPA candidate looking to build a career in business valuation, financial analysis, and advisory services while working toward the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

In this role, you will support a variety of valuation and financial advisory engagements, working with financial models, business valuations, loss quantification, transaction analysis, and industry research. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to client-facing projects, and develop your technical and analytical skills across a range of business matters.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent.

Compensation Structure: $60,000-$85,000/annum (depending on experience) + GRSP matching + great benefits + professional development & training + hybrid work schedule + more!

Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation of business valuation and loss quantification reports, including developing supporting schedules, tables, exhibits, and visual presentations.




- Build and maintain financial models to assess business matters, transactions, and other client-specific scenarios.
- Assist with the preparation of income determination and related financial analysis reports.
- Conduct pricing and financial analysis related to the purchase or sale of businesses.
- Contribute to the development of client-facing and industry presentations, including research and supporting content.
- Research and analyze economic trends, technical matters, and industry-specific information to support client engagements and reports.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Recently obtained CPA designation or currently preparing to write the 2026 CFE, with a strong interest in pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

· Previous experience in financial analysis, particularly financial statement analysis, is required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

· Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a practical approach to identifying issues and developing well-informed solutions.

· Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team, with the ability to take ownership of engagements and interact directly with clients when required.

· Strong business acumen and an interest in contributing to business development and client relationship-building initiatives.
