Position: Courier Driver (Subcontract)
Duration: PT/FT
Location: Edmonton, AB

SUMMARY: Pick-up and delivery of orders from one location to another in Edmonton and surrounding area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Productive pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Verify all orders for accuracy.
- Follow general safety practices and rules of the road.
- Maintain uniform apparel and wear it when representing the company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be able to obtain security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5yrs of employment, criminal record, and residence history.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.




- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.

LOCATION/SPECIFIC WORKING HOURS:

- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice.
- Some out of town travel required.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, evenings, and weekends.
